AGE Solutions is seeking a Senior Project Integration Specialist to support the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Technology Transfer (T2) Program. This role provides direct support to Government leads in managing technology transfer agreements, program data, and outreach activities. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to collaborate effectively with Government stakeholders, program staff, and external partners. This is a HYBRID position at Ft. Meade, MD - individuals must reside within a commutable distance of Ft. Meade, MD to support SIPRNet and be available for onsite meetings as required. Responsibilities Include:
- Provide support to government leads in the facilitation, negotiation, coordination, and management of Cooperative Research and Development Agreements (CRADAs), Education Partnership Agreements (EPAs), licensing agreements, Technology and Evaluations agreements, Material and Information Transfer Agreement, Commercial Test Agreements and other agreements as approved by legislation, DoD Directives, and DISA Instructions.
- Providing training of T2 and intellectual property (IP) in conjunction with DISA IP counsel.
- Conducting outreach and marketing internally and externally, including, but not limited to attending conferences, symposiums, and summits.
- Assisting Government lead(s) with developing, collecting, and tracking various project data and deliverables resulting from research activities, performance metrics for T2 reports, including, but not limited to annual performance metrics, interim and final agreement reports, writing awards nominations, and success stories for T2 projects.
- Provide recommendations, presentations, and assistance with developing and marketing outreach plans, and other related documents (i.e. T2 and CRADA brochures, technology fact sheets, T2 and intellectual property training slides).
- Attending and facilitating meetings involving T2 Partners, internal DISA workforce, General Counsel, DISA Senior leadership and others to meet T2 objectives.
- Maintaining and managing Agency T2 repository(s) to track all T2 activities and deliverables.
- Making recommendations and process improvements to the overall Agency T2 processes.
- Attend and participate in T2 exchanges within the community, monthly (i.e. Federal Lab consortium, DoD T2 Workshop, T2 Society, Association of University Technology Managers (AUTM), state and local technology councils, and partnership intermediaries' events).
- Prepare documents related to the T2 program and agreement management (to include, but not limited to minutes, discussion points and updating documentation).
- Assist the government PM with facilitating meetings with potential T2 collaborator(s), internal DISA personnel/support contractors, General Counsel as applicable.
Required Skills, Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of relevant work experience.
- Must have and maintain a current DoD Secret clearance.
- Must have and maintain a current Security +, Security X/CASP+, or CGRC/CAP Certification.
- Proficiency with Office products such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with SharePoint.
- Excellent communication skills with a technical background and a willingness to stay abreast of technological issues/advancements.
- Excellent written and organizational skills.
- Must possess a problem-solving attitude with a willingness to operate in a team-oriented environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Demonstrated success in engaging with external partners through conferences, workshops, or professional associations (e.g., AUTM, T2 Society, Federal Lab Consortium).
Work Environment and Physical Demand:
- Prolonged periods of sitting and working at computer.
Compensation: $115,000 - $130,000 This posting is part of a pipeline for future opportunities supporting the current PDOS contract. Employment is contingent upon position availability and government customer approval.
