As the Procurement Manager, you will lead and optimize Foley's purchasing operations by developing strategies, sourcing quality suppliers, managing budgets, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance requirements. This role is critical in building a strong procurement function that supports cost efficiency, operational excellence, and supplier performance.
What You Will Do in This Role:
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies that support company objectives and drive cost savings.
  • Establish and grow the procurement function by defining best practices, processes, and policies.
  • Source, evaluate, and manage supplier and vendor relationships to ensure quality, reliability, and favorable pricing.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing to maximize value and mitigate risk.
  • Forecast demand and monitor supply needs to ensure timely procurement and avoid disruptions.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate supplier performance and internal procurement effectiveness.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Facilities, Operations, and other departments to align procurement efforts with business needs.
  • Ensure procurement activities comply with legal requirements, company policies, and regulatory standards.
  • Lead and manage the procurement team (if applicable), providing coaching, direction, and performance management.
  • Travel may be required for training or to support other locations as needed.
Our Ideal Candidate:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field with 5+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain.
  • Minimum of 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
  • Experience with procurement software and ERP systems (e.g. Microsoft, SAP, Oracle, Coupa).
What Will Put You Ahead:
  • Certified Professional in Supply Chain Management (CPSM), Certified Purchasing Professional (CPP), or/and Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (CIPS) certification preferred.
