Check Point is seeking an accomplished leader in marketing analytics to lead our marketing analytics team. This pivotal role will drive data-driven decision-making across the organization by conducting thorough analyses that yield actionable insights and also evolve the team beyond reporting to analytics. The successful candidate will prioritize high-impact projects and redefine the application of data throughout the company. You will be responsible for developing a data-driven decision-making culture by establishing and maintaining robust marketing analytics and reporting frameworks designed to enhance marketing performance and maximize return on investment (ROI). This is a global position that necessitates collaboration across multiple time zones.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define the global marketing analytics vision, roadmap, and KPIs aligned with company growth objectives.
  • Build and manage a marketing measurement framework spanning brand, demand generation, ABM, digital, events, and customer marketing.
  • Mature the attribution model beyond linear shared attribution and reflect the actual buyer journey
  • Align measurement framework to other stakeholders for revenue impact, pipeline contribution, and budget efficiency
  • Assess and optimize the efficiency of marketing activities throughout the customer lifecycle to achieve key business outcomes.
  • Lead a team of marketing analysts by articulating a clear vision and guiding the establishment of measurable marketing KPIs and frameworks.
  • Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement by providing strategic direction, setting expectations, and maintaining team motivation.
  • Deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly executive-level dashboards with actionable insights.
  • Lead forecasting and scenario modeling for pipeline growth and marketing ROI.
  • Generate critical insights into customer behaviors using analytical methods to identify opportunities for acquisition and retention.

Qualifications

  • Over 5 years of experience in Marketing Analytics within a B2B technology environment, with a thorough understanding of marketing measurement, incrementality, channel attribution, and ROI frameworks.
  • Managerial experience leading a team of Marketing Analysts
  • Expertise in one or more analytics and visualization tools, such as PowerBI, Tableau, or Snowflake. Have working knowledge of CDPs, 6sense, GA4, social tracking tools
  • Proven success building multi-touch attribution and pipeline reporting frameworks.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage cross-functional relationships and present findings to leadership across various organizational levels.
  • Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.



The wage range for this position takes into consideration a variety of factors in determining your pay. We'll consider your location, experience, certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The wage disclosure has not been adjusted for applicable geographic differentials associated with the location at which this position may be filled. A reasonable estimate of the current base wage range for this role is $122,000-$209,000. In addition to the base compensation, certain roles are eligible for additional compensation, including an annual bonus or sales incentive based on revenue or utilization, depending on the terms of the plan and the employee's role. These awards are allocated based on individual performance. Benefits/perks listed here may vary depending on the nature of your employment with Check Point Software Technologies and the country/state where you work.
