  • Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) required.
  • Current MA RN License
  • BLS and ACLS required
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical nursing experience, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership or management role.
  • Certification in Post-Anesthesia Care Nursing (CPAN) or similar certification preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to providing patient-centered care with a focus on safety and quality.
  • Ability to adhere to all I.C.A.R.E. standards
