Current MA RN License BLS and ACLS required Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical nursing experience, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership or management role. Certification in Post-Anesthesia Care Nursing (CPAN) or similar certification preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Commitment to providing patient-centered care with a focus on safety and quality.
