We are seeking a proactive and organized Front Office Assistant to support the Owner with administrative tasks and project coordination. This role involves working closely with Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) in the field, assisting with scheduling, accreditation processes, and maintaining task tracking using Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite. Responsibilities also include filing, communicating with physicians, and handling incoming calls-including intake calls from referrals for new enrollees.
