We are seeking an accomplished Senior Product Manager to spearhead the development of innovative solutions for our Collision and Claims team. In this role, you will define product requirements, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure our products consistently surpass customer expectations. Your expertise in collision and claims processes will drive improvements in customer experience and optimize the cost of ownership throughout the claims lifecycle.


What You'll Do
  • Define and document product requirements and features, informed by customer needs, market trends, and competitive analysis
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including Customer Support, Engineering, and Design, to develop and launch innovative products and features
  • Engage deeply with Customer Support teams to understand operational processes and identify requirements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Customer Support leadership, engineering teams, and senior management
  • Analyze customer feedback, usage patterns, and performance metrics to identify opportunities for product enhancements and growth
  • Develop and manage product roadmaps, prioritizing initiatives based on business objectives and customer requirements
  • Collaborate with Data teams to leverage insights from data analysis to inform strategic product decisions
  • Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies, identifying opportunities to integrate innovative solutions into our products

What You'll Bring
  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, with a focus on customer-facing products or services
  • In-depth understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to influence cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to interpret complex data and drive data-informed decision-making
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines
  • Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences
  • Preferred experience in the electric vehicle or technology industries
  • Preferred knowledge of the collision and claims industry
  • Preferred familiarity with machine learning algorithms and data analytics tools

    Expected Compensation
    $128,000 - $228,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits

    Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
