Aspire Bakeries is seeking aSenior Benefits Analystto support the strategic administration and analysis of our health and welfare (H&W) programs. This role provides essential day-to-day support and contributes to the development, evaluation, and communication of benefits that enhance employee experience and align with our total rewards philosophy. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Benefits, this position plays a key role in ensuring our programs remain competitive, compliant, and effectively delivered.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Provide guidance to employees and HR partners on benefit eligibility, plan provisions, and general inquiries.
  • Analyze benefit programs and recommend enhancements to ensure competitiveness and alignment with company goals.
  • Assist in the development and distribution of engaging communications across multiple platforms to promote benefits and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Support policy reviews and updates to maintain compliance with internal standards and legal requirements.
  • Lead key aspects of annual open enrollment, including vendor coordination, data analysis, and renewal planning.
  • Manage the online benefits enrollment system, ensuring data accuracy and effective vendor collaboration.
  • Monitor vendor performance and service guarantees to ensure high-quality delivery.
  • Prepare and file required federal and state reports, including Form 5500 and ACA documentation.
  • Assist with ancillary programs such as retirement, PTO, commuter benefits, tuition reimbursement, and service awards.
  • Provide peer review support for Canadian benefits premium submissions.
  • Serve as backup support for U.S. leave administration.Participate in special projects and other duties as needed.



Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred; high school diploma required.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience administering H&W benefits in a multi-state U.S. environment; Canadian benefits experience a plus.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience with benefits platforms preferred.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is highly desirable.
  • Self-starter with strong collaboration and independent work capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and effectively.



Salary Range: $72,000 - $90,000

The final determination of a successful candidate's starting pay will vary based on a number of factors, including, but not limited to location, shift, education, skill, and experience within the job or the industry. The pay scale listed for this position is generally for candidates that meet the specified qualifications and requirements listed In this specific job description. Additional pay may be determined for those candidates that exceed these specified qualifications and requirements. We provide a competitive compensation package that recognizes your experience, credentials, and education alongside a robust benefits program to meet your needs. For union-represented postings, wage rates and ranges are governed by applicable collective bargaining agreements.
