  • Respond to ad hoc data requests, providing custom analyses and reports for campus stakeholders based on existing survey data.

  • Collaborate with internal and cross-functional teams, supporting the supervisor and colleagues on research, analysis, and project coordination tasks.
  • Ensure data quality and compliance, adhering to university policies and best practices for data security, privacy, confidentiality, and ethical research conduct.
  • Contribute to process improvement efforts, identifying opportunities to refine or implement new standard operating procedures for survey design, data handling, and reporting.
  • Provide leadership to survey analysts and specialists, assigning tasks, reviewing work, and fostering collaboration to ensure high-quality project outcomes.
  • Support onboarding and training, helping new team members build proficiency in tools, procedures, and institutional knowledge.
  • Assist in project planning and workload management, working closely with the supervisor to prioritize tasks and coordinate timelines.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development, staying current on best practices and emerging tools in survey methodology, data analysis, and data visualization.
