Associate Recruiter

Talent Acquisition Team

This is a 1-year, full-time (40 hours/week), hybrid contract role located in Charlotte, NC.

We're seeking an Associate Recruiter to support our Talent Acquisition team in attracting and engaging top talent. This role plays a key part in building a diverse, high-performing workforce while ensuring an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

  1+ year of experience in full-cycle recruiting and recruiting coordination

  
  
• 
  

  Passion for talent acquisition with a strong foundation in candidate sourcing and relationship management

  
  
• 
  

  Proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite

  
  
• 
  

  Familiar with LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM tools, and federal/state employment laws

  
  
• 
  

  Skilled in collaborating with hiring managers, recruiters, and HR partners

  
  
• 
  

  Able to work independently and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously

  
  
• 
  

  Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and hiring needs

  
  
• 
  

  Strong written and verbal communication with exceptional attention to detail

  
  
• 
  

  Experience in large corporate recruiting environments preferred

  
  

In this role, you will manage recruiting activities from requisition creation through offer extension. You'll partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and recruiting coordinators to ensure smooth hiring processes and deliver a positive candidate experience.

This includes:

  Building strategic recruiting plans to attract top talent

  
  
• 
  

  Sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and networking tools

  
  
• 
  

  Conducting intake sessions and creating requisitions in Workday

  
  
• 
  

  Screening applicants and extending offers

  
  
• 
  

  Coordinating with a Recruiting Coordinator to support onboarding and compliance

  
  
• 
  

  Occasionally stepping into Recruiting Coordinator responsibilities as needed

  
  

You will also support team operations and contribute to the overall success of the Talent Acquisition function.

  Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field (required)

  
  
• 
  

  Experience with full lifecycle recruiting and corporate recruiting processes

  
  
• 
  

  Workday or other ATS/CRM experience preferred

The pay for this W-2 position ranges from $30.53 - $31.59per hour. This position may be eligible for PTO, health and dental insurance, and/or 401(k) benefits upon meeting certain length of service and hours requirements.
