*Payment Posting & Accounts Receivable Specialist* *Location:* Hybrid (Onsite 2-3 days/week after training)
*Industry:* Healthcare Revenue Cycle *Employment Type:* Full-Time *Join a Fast-Growing Healthcare Team!* Our client is expanding their revenue cycle services and is looking for a *Payment Posting & Accounts Receivable Specialist* to help onboard a new healthcare client. If you have 1-2 years of payment posting experience and a background in healthcare billing, this is your chance to step into a high-impact role with a company on the rise. *What You'll Do* * Accurately post payments and adjustments to patient accounts * Close balanced batches daily or by end of week * Review manual and electronic Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) for proper posting * Monitor insurance denials, run reports, and contact payers to resolve and recover claims * Track aging reports and follow up on unpaid claims to ensure timely resolution *What You Bring* * 1-2 years of payment posting experience * Healthcare billing experience required * Some accounts receivable experience * Familiarity with EOB review and patient account reconciliation * Ability to manage a standard workload of accounts with accuracy and efficiency *Nice-to-Have Skills* * Claims processing * Experience with healthcare systems and payment platforms * Strong understanding of patient account workflows *Why You'll Love It* * Be part of a growing company with expanding client partnerships * Hybrid work environment after training (2-3 days onsite per week) * Opportunity to grow with a team that values precision, collaboration, and initiative * Direct impact on client onboarding and revenue cycle performance If you're ready to bring your healthcare billing expertise to a team that's scaling fast and values your contribution, we want to hear from you.
