Job Description:

In the Associate Business Solutions role the individual will support the development and implementation of business solutions that drive efficiency, improve performance, and enhance customer satisfaction. Work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze business needs, identify opportunities for improvement, and deliver impactful solutions. Additionally, the individual will leverage artificial intelligence (AI) technologies to optimize business processes and provide data-driven insights.

• Assist in the analysis of business processes and requirements to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
• Support the design, development, and implementation of business solutions.
• Conduct data analysis to inform decision-making and solution development.
• Prepare and present reports, proposals, and recommendations to management.
• Provide ongoing support and training to end-users of business solutions.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions and suggest enhancements.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business solutions.
• Develop and implement AI-driven solutions to optimize business processes.
• Collaborate with data scientists and AI specialists to integrate AI capabilities into business solutions.
• Assist in identifying automation opportunities across all the BUs

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field required.
• 1-2 years of experience in business analysis, project management, or a similar role desired
• Experience with Data Engineering & Analytics technologies and tools (e.g. develop data pipelines, perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) desired
• Machine learning, Model development) is highly desirable.
• Experience with AI technologies and tools (e.g., Develop & Integrate foundational models and basic familiarity with foundational generative AI models and Natural Language Processing (NLP)) is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R is a plus.
• Knowledge of business process modeling and improvement methodologies is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and business analysis tools required
• Backend Development: Implement backend services and API endpoints to support AI solutions required
• Frontend Integration: Develop or adapt frontend interfaces for user interaction required

Shift: Weekday days, Monday-Friday

Compensation & Benefits:

This is an on-site, full-time position located in Spokane, WA.

• Hiring Wage: $ 77,968.80- $ 90,600 annually depending on experience, with opportunity for growth, promotion and annual raises. Midpoint and above is reserved for employees who have longevity with Jubilant HollisterStier and consistently exhibit outstanding performance over a period of time in the role
