Position Overview
Ag-Land FS, Inc. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our Precision Planting team this Fall 2025. This internship offers hands-on experience with cutting-edge precision ag technology and agronomic services that help local farmers improve productivity and sustainability.

We'll work with your class schedule-this is a great opportunity to earn and learn at the same time.

Key Responsibilities
As a Precision Planting Intern, you will support our agronomy staff with:

  • Assisting with installation, calibration, and troubleshooting of precision planting equipment
  • Supporting field testing and data collection for planter performance
  • Participating in customer service calls and field visits
  • Helping prep and maintain precision ag tools and demo equipment
  • Learning to utilize precision software and ag data systems
  • Working closely with growers and FS team members to support fall activities

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in an agriculture-related program (Ag Systems, Agronomy, Ag Engineering, etc.)
  • Strong interest in precision ag and equipment technology
  • Mechanically inclined and eager to learn hands-on
  • Able to communicate clearly and work well on a team
  • Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law. In addition to base pay, certain roles may be eligible for bonuses, incentives, and commissions.
