Position Title: Machine Operator - Stamping Wage: $20.00/Hour Shift: 1st & 2nd Shift Hours: 5:00 AM - 3:00 PM (Monday-Thursday) Possible OT on Friday; 3:00 PM - 1:00 AM (Monday-Thursday) Possible OT on Friday Reached a dead end at your current job? Machine Operator - Stamping Responsibilities: - Operating punch press to precisely cut and grind metal - Assisting with set up and removal of dies and coils; operating single stroke coil operations - Inspecting parts using measuring tools to ensure specifications are being met - Making machinery adjustments to control speed, material feed, and shape of product - Performing preventative machine maintenance Requirements For Machine Operator - Stamping: - Ability to lift up to 50 pounds - Basic math skills - 1 year of previous manufacturing/operator experience is preferred - Hand tool and measuring tool experience is a plus - Ability to stand for 8-10 hours QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
