Position Title: Production Worker
Wage: $17.25/hour Shift: 1st Hours: 7am-3:45pm We are searching for candidates located near Edwardsville, KS for a 1st shift role we have available! Whether a skilled candidate or just joining the light-industrial field, this role has the opportunity to grow and train within the company! This is an associate to hire opportunity. Production Worker Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Assemble and mount tires on wheels according to specifications - Inspect tires and wheels for defects and ensure quality standards are met - Operate assembly equipment and tools safely and efficiently - Maintain a clean and organized work area - Follow all safety protocols and procedures Production Worker Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent; may also substitute company-provided GED Works program within 1 year of hire - Previous experience in tire and wheel assembly is preferred - Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods - Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity - Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment - Willingness to perform physical labor, including loading and unloading trucks QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
