Job Summary
The Craft Onboarding Coordinator is part of the Craft Recruiting team and supports the Recruiting and onboarding teams with all non-union craft applicants/new hires/rehires/transfers once an offer has been accepted, coordinating all necessary employee onboarding activities, including substance abuse testing, medical testing, and other post-offer/pre-employment/pre-access activities. This role will deliver exceptional customer service and reliable answers to candidates, employees, and people managers, as well as execute on efficient processes resulting in a more consistent and seamless applicant/new hire/transfer experience. The pay rate will depend on the successful candidate's qualifications and prior experience, specific skill set, geographic location, internal equity, and other factors influencing pay. As such, an actual salary may fall closer to one or the other end of this range, and in certain circumstances, may fall outside the listed hiring range.
