Account Manager - Digital Identity & Fraud

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our Digital Identity & Fraud (DI&F) business. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in payments and identity verification who thrives on growing strategic accounts, driving revenue, and delivering exceptional client experiences.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, building trusted relationships with key stakeholders.

- Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities to increase committed spend and support new revenue generation.

- Develop and execute account plans that align with client goals and DI&F's strategic priorities.

- Articulate the value of our DI&F solutions-including identity verification, account validation, and fraud prevention-tailored to client needs.

- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention through proactive communication, issue resolution, and performance reviews.

- Partner with internal teams to deliver seamless onboarding, support, and product enhancements.

**Required Qualifications:**

- 5+ years of experience in account management, preferably in the payments, identity, or fraud prevention space.

- Proven track record of growing enterprise accounts and achieving revenue targets.

- Strong understanding of digital identity, payment fraud, and compliance workflows.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Ability to think strategically and execute tactically in a fast-paced environment.

- Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Excel, and CRM platforms.

**Preferred Experience:**

- Background in financial services, fintech, or risk intelligence.

- Experience with API-based solutions and SaaS platforms.

- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as KYC, and NACHA guidelines.
