We are actively seeking a talented Sr Correspondence Systems Analyst to join our CMD Tech Communications team supporting the Consumer Markets Division in Newport Beach, CA.

As a Sr Correspondence Systems Analyst, you will play an important role in Pacific Life's growth and long-term success by supporting customer communications for annuity product sales on our Customer Communications Management (CCM) platforms. You will fill a new role on the CMD Tech Communications team, consisting of fifteen people. Your colleagues on the team include analysts, developers, and QA, and you will work closely with technologists across the organization and business partners such as key account managers.

How you'll help move us forward:

  • Accelerates new product delivery by supporting the development of customer correspondence that aligns with business and regulatory requirements
  • Improves customer experience through accurate, timely, and consistent communication delivered via preferred channels (print, online and email)
  • Bridges business and technical teams by translating requirements into system-ready logic, rules, and formatting specs for correspondence output
  • Drives cross-platform alignment by collaborating with product, operations, and IT teams to ensure end-to-end coverage of customer communication management
  • Supports compliance and branding by ensuring all correspondence aligns with regulatory requirements and brand standards
  • Leverage your insurance industry/technology experience and analytical skills to identify and communicate requirements

The experience you will bring:

  • 3+ years of systems analysis or business analysis experience supporting correspondence or document generation platforms
  • Ability to translate business requirements into system-ready specifications for automated document generation
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams (IT, Compliance, Product, Operations)
  • Comfortable working in agile or hybrid delivery models
  • Familiarity with digital and print delivery channels and third-party print vendors

  • Experience with end-to-end correspondence lifecycle, including development, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills for working cross-functionally with product managers, compliance, IT and operations
  • Demonstrated ability to form meaningful partnerships (internal/external) at all organizational levels resulting in practical solutions to complex problems
  • Excellent problem solving, root cause analysis, critical and strategic thinking skills

Base Pay Range:

The base pay range noted represents the company's good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at the time of posting. The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications and geographic location. Also, most employees are eligible for additional incentive pay.

$110,700.00 - $135,300.00
