This position offers a hybrid work option up to 50% remote and is based out of the Mankato, MN; Lakeville, MN; Sun Prairie, WI; Bloomington, IL offices. The contributions you will make: This position plays a key role in Compeer's lead generation and client outreach efforts. Focuses on engaging prospective clients through outbound calling campaigns and responding to inbound marketing leads. Through phone and email interactions, qualifies opportunities, initiates cross-sell conversations and supports seamless transitions to appropriate sales teams. In addition to client outreach, contributes to marketing execution by supporting operational tasks such as storefront management, vendor coordination, direct mail facilitation and content publishing through internal social platforms. Bridges sales and marketing to ensure a consistent and effective client experience. A typical day: Lead Generation and Campaign Execution
- Conducts high-volume outbound calling campaigns to qualify leads, support revenue growth and promote targeted products and services.
- Responds to inbound marketing leads and inquiries with professionalism and urgency.
- Vets opportunities and ensures a smooth handoff to appropriate sales team members.
- Supports cross-sell and upsell activity during seasonal or business unit-specific campaigns.
- Maintains alignment with Compeer's tone and brand in all client-facing communications.
Marketing and Operational Support
- Serves as the first point of contact for internal storefront needs, including gift orders, quote requests, order tracking and billing coordination.
- Reviews and approves proofs for marketing materials and client-facing items.
- Completes internal forms to update storefront inventory, submit direct mail requests and manage mailing lists (e.g., undeliverables, NCOA, FTP uploads).
- Tracks storefront usage and reports on campaign or seasonal metrics (e.g., holiday gifting, tradeshow materials).
- Publishes content in Hootsuite/Amplify across designated Compeer and Agri-Access channels and monitors engagement.

Reporting and Documentation
- Documents client and prospect interactions to ensure comprehensive records.
- Reports on standard key performance indicators (KPIs) to support data-driven insights and decision making for leadership
- Optimizes data integrity within Salesforce, maintaining accurate and current lead information to enhance sales effectiveness.
Documentation, Reporting and Collaboration
- Documents all prospect and client interactions in Salesforce with clarity and completeness.
- Monitors key performance metrics and shares results with Inside Sales leadership.
- Participates in internal projects and cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Sales Enablement and other business units.
- Supports continuous improvement efforts by providing feedback and insights related to lead quality, campaign performance and process effectiveness.
The skills and experience we prefer you have:
- Associate's degree in Business, Marketing, Agribusiness, Finance, Communications or a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job.
- Experience with outbound calling, marketing campaigns or customer service is helpful but not required.
- Knowledge of federal and state (Illinois, Minnesota, and Wisconsin) laws, regulations and compliance requirements specific to the financial industry and Farm Credit.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to be clear, concise, professional and appropriate to any audience of the sales process externally and internally.
- High level of self-motivation and resiliency in order to complete demanding objectives for prospective and existing client interactions.
- Skill in developing and maintaining interpersonal relationships.
- High level of integrity.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Organized, self-motivated and capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

The actual title and base pay offered is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role is eligible for variable compensation and other benefits.
Base Pay $50,900 - $72,100 USD
