We're seeking a Support Services Advisor who thrives on solving complex scheduling puzzles and ensuring every student has a clear, achievable path to graduation. Position Overview: In this pivotal role, you'll be the central hub for all things scheduling-developing course schedules, resolving conflicts, and collaborating with campus teams to maximize class densities and student outcomes. Your work will directly impact retention, academic progress, and career readiness by making sure students are in the right classes at the right time. *This is a remote position, however, the ideal candidate should be located on the East Coast.* What We Offer:
Salary: $53,000-$56,000 per year depending on experience

Responsibilities
- Student Scheduling:
- Supports outreach to students scheduled to return to campus from LOA, re-enrollment, etc
- Provides centralized support for all aspects of academic advising and student retention activities.
- Monitors scheduling processes and reports on concerns such as unscheduled students, students who need rescheduling, missing status codes, courses missing from student records, scheduling discrepancies, courses missing grades, etc.
- Provides centralized support for elective scheduling to ensure densities are maximized and help drive in brand employment outcomes.
- Ensures all new student starts and students in returning status for course start dates are finalized by established timelines.
- Provide Subject Matter Expertise on corporate wide scheduling initiatives and/or projects as necessary.
- Identify and address scheduling needs: Works collaboratively with Education. Develops or assists in development of campus course schedules, ensuring proper densities and maximizing opportunities for students.
- Technical Administrative support: Processes student changes to student enrollment status and program.
- Collaborate with campus teams: Assists campus with monitoring satisfactory progress and academic standing to ensure warnings/probations are entered timely. Helps to prepare reports to distribute to campuses to allow them to work with students strategically.

Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED
- Experience:
- 2-3 years experience in education, student support, or a related field highly preferred
- 2-3 years experience in scheduling highly preferred
- Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to effectively connect with students and campus departments
- Organizational Skills: Planning, prioritization skills, time management skills and deadline oriented, can adapt to face changing environment
- Computer Skills: Knowledge of MS Office, i.e. Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Professionalism: Problem solving and decision-making skills, using good judgment
