This is more than a job; it's a chance to apply your skills in a dynamic, high-impact environment, directly contributing to the success and longevity of our service technologies.

  • Exceptional Data Management: You'll be the go-to expert for ensuring data accuracy and managing parts information across our systems, especially within our RMA process.

  • Advanced Systems Proficiency: You'll be skilled in using ERP systems like Oracle, Agile, and Salesforce to manage our parts inventory and data.

  • Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: You'll use your analytical mind to solve complex issues, analyze sales data, determine forecasts, and make strategic, data-driven decisions.

  • Effective Project Management: You'll manage the full lifecycle of service parts, from creation and pricing to forecasting, ensuring everything runs smoothly.

  • Adaptability and a Proactive Mindset: We're looking for a leader who can challenge the status quo, drive change, and find creative solutions.

What Skills & Experience You Should Bring

  • Associate's degree in a relevant technical field or at least 2-3 years of related professional experience.

  • At least 2 years of experience as an Analyst, preferably in the service repair industry. You should be skilled in data analysis, reporting, and product data management.

  • A solid grasp of technical systems and processes, shown through your professional experience in a technical or engineering-related role.

About Trimble's Service Provider Support Department

This department focuses on the network of external partners and dealers that work with Trimble. Trimble has a large global network of certified service centers and dealers, and this department exists to ensure those partners are successful. Their key functions include:

  • Partner Enablement and Training: They provide the training and resources necessary for third-party service providers to effectively repair and support Trimble's products. This includes certifying technicians and ensuring they have the latest knowledge and tools.

  • Technical Assistance: They are the "tier 2" or "tier 3" level of support for the service providers themselves. When a dealer or service center encounters a complex technical issue they can't solve, they would likely escalate the problem to this group for expert guidance.

  • Ensuring Quality and Consistency: This department works to ensure that the quality of service provided by the external network meets Trimble's high standards. They may implement programs to ensure consistent service, repair procedures, and customer satisfaction across all service partners.

  • Managing the Relationship: This team is the primary point of contact between Trimble and its service partners, handling everything from general inquiries to more complex business and technical issues.

In a hybrid role, you will work with your manager to establish a mutually agreeable schedule for your time working in the office based on the position and the business need. Typically hybrid positions are 1-3 days per week, or 20%-60% of the month in the office.
