Seeking Healthcare Insurance Specialists to support a Healthcare company that offers a range of healthcare services including Personal Care, Hospice, Skilled Nursing and Rehab, Outpatient Therapy, Assisted Living, and Home Health Care. The team is looking for candidates with experience in the Healthcare environment that have worked with Insurance in some capacity. This position is Onsite in Woods Cross Utah and is a long term opportunity! Description Conducts insurance verification and eligibility for services Assists in obtaining or validating pre-certification and authorizations. Make patients fully aware of financial obligations and eligibility Develops and maintains a working knowledge of current Medicare, Medicaid, and insurance regulations Assists with problem resolution on claims, billing, and eligibility issues with carriers Answer incoming phone calls from clinics to verify coverage and copays in a courteous manner. Skills & Qualifications * Healthcare Insurance experience * Healthcare Customer/Patient Service experience Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
