Position Summary

Seeking Delivery Managers at all levels to support the delivery of products and services for the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) Security Operations program. Positions are available from mid to senior level, with placement based on skills and experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead planning, execution, and delivery of projects and services.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Manage timelines, resources, risks, and dependencies to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Collaborate with product owners, technical leads, and stakeholders to align priorities and resolve blockers.
  • Monitor performance against scope, budget, and quality standards.
  • Provide progress, risk, and mitigation updates to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Support continuous improvement of delivery processes and team performance.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in information technology, including project or delivery management roles (entry to senior levels considered).
  • Background in government IT environments (CMS or HHS preferred) with experience managing projects in Agile delivery environments.
  • Strong organizational skills with experience leading cross-functional teams.
  • Skilled in stakeholder management and communication with technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience with project tracking and reporting tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, or similar).
  • Scrum Master or other Agile certifications preferred.

Education

  • Minimum Education: BA/BS or higher in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
