OverviewMicrosoft's newly formed Office of Strategy and Transformation (OS&T) is looking for a Process Leader, AI Transformation to lead transformation efforts across Microsoft that will shape Microsoft's journey to becoming a Frontier Firm. This role plays a pivotal part in translating strategic vision into actionable transformation programs. This role leads the design and execution of large-scale change initiatives, integrating AI tools and modern technologies to drive business outcomes. In this role, you will partner closely with product teams, internal clients, and senior stakeholders to ensure alignment, scalability, and measurable impact. This role is well-suited for individuals with a background in enterprise transformation, systems thinking, and cross-functional leadership leveraging a consultative approach to engage stakeholders and co-create solutions, architecting end-to-end transformation strategies, integrating external learnings and best practices to inform decision-making. ResponsibilitiesLead large-scale change programs integrating AI tools to drive enterprise transformation. Translate the 'Frontier' vision and high-level strategy into executable implementation strategies, roadmaps, frameworks, and delivery plans. Partner with product teams, engineering, business units, and internal clients to co-design and deliver scalable solutions. Mentor project managers and staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. Establish governance structures and change management practices to support adoption and sustainability. Drive cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement across business units. Monitor and report on program performance, risks, and outcomes to executive leadership. Embody our culture and values |
