  • Define and implement service level agreements (SLAs) for the reporting service, emphasizing first-time accuracy and completeness.
  • Rigorously monitor performance against these metrics, proactively identifying and addressing potential issues to minimize errors and rework.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive, up-to-date documentation for all reporting processes, procedures, and systems. This documentation should serve as a vital resource to enable consistent, error-free work and support the team in delivering accurate outputs from the outset.
  • Drive ongoing enhancements to maximize efficiency, productivity, and the delivery of outputs. Proactively identify and implement tools and technologies that streamline operations, optimize performance, and minimize the potential for errors.
  • Champion a data-driven approach to process improvement, leveraging metrics and feedback to inform decision-making.
  • Empower individuals to not only identify challenges and areas for enhancement but to also take ownership by proposing and implementing innovative solutions that strengthen processes and minimize defects.
  • Proactively seek opportunities to integrate work efforts, share best practices and insights, and elevate the profile and understanding of the CRMR team's capabilities to achieve shared objectives.
