Position: Clinic Coordinator - CMA for Population Health Wage Range: $50,000-$60,000 annually, depending on experience Service Area: Lifespark Corporate Office, St. Louis Park 55416 (this is an in-person position, providing telephone and virtual care to our clients) Schedule: 1.0 FTE, Monday - Friday 8:00am-5:00pm Lifespark Benefits Include:
The Clinic Coordinator (CMA) will split their time between direct client care in the field and leading quality improvement initiatives, with a strong emphasis on value-based care, enhancing client experience and meeting Medicare quality measures.
