REDLattice is seeking an experienced Account Manager to serve as the primary liaison for assigned customers, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and growth. This role involves managing relationships with key stakeholders, addressing client needs, coordinating renewals and contracts, and identifying upsell opportunities. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of account management or customer success experience in the cybersecurity industry, with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, multicultural environment. Up to 25% travel required.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Operate as the lead point of contact for customer matters specific to assigned accounts.
  • Represent the company at customer accounts and voicing customers' needs internally
  • Review customer status and seek resolution for open issues (bugs, product features, requests for additional licenses, regulation changes).
  • Collaborate with Sales to achieve quotas while keeping clients highly engaged.
  • Identify and facilitate up-sell opportunities and communicate them to the relevant business line owner.
  • Establish productive and close relationships with key stakeholders at customer accounts, and hold regular meetings with customers.
  • Communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain all information on customer activity.


Qualifications:



  • Active TS/SCI clearance.

  • 3+ years of proven experience as an Account Manager, Client Executive, or Customer Success Manager supporting government customers.



  • Knowledge and experience working in the cybersecurity industry, with familiarity in federal compliance frameworks and government acquisition processes.



  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of government organizations, including senior officials and program leadership.



  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain trusted relationships in secure, mission-driven environments.



  • Proven success managing multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining precise attention to detail and meeting contractual and reporting requirements.



  • Highly motivated, flexible, and proactive, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-agency teams.



  • Willingness to travel up to 25%.




Preferred Traits:



  • PMP or project management certification is recommended.
