Pay:



  • Weekly pay


  • $500 sign-on bonus for eligible candidates

Job Summary

The Cycle Counter will have familiarity and experience with warehousing, shipping, order picking, parcel orders, process management along with great people and communication skills. This position will report to the Warehouse Manager and will oversee receiving and inventory control as they work alongside the people and processes in this area of the warehouse.

Duties and Responsibilities



  • Perform daily cycle counts of inventory to verify stock levels and accuracy.


  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, reporting findings to the supervisor.


  • Utilize inventory management systems to track and update stock data.


  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to inventory control.


  • Work closely with warehousing, purchasing, and operations teams to maintain inventory integrity.


  • Assist with root cause analysis for inventory variances and recommend corrective actions.


  • Maintain proper documentation and records of cycle count results.
  • Operate warehouse equipment (such as forklifts or scanners) as needed for inventory counting.


  • Assist with inventory audits and year-end inventory processes.


  • All other duties as assigned by supervisor.



Minimum Quailifications:



  • High School diploma or equivalent (GED).


  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment required.


  • Previous experience operating a Forklift.


  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills required, verbal and written.
  • Previous experience using Microsoft Office: Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Other inventory or warehouse management system experience highly preferred.
  • Food Manufacturing experience a plus.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Candidate must have valid work authorization and be able to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.

  • Stand, walk, climb, and reach with both hands and arms, bend and twist.


  • Agility of both hands and all fingers to push, pull, grasp, touch and feel.


  • Visual acuity and hand/eye coordination.


  • Talk/communicate and hear.



The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud. Work environment conditions may require the use of safety equipment to include but not limited to eye safety glasses, side shields, steel toe or composite toe shoes, hearing protectors and hair nets.
