Avion Solutions Inc., an employee-owned company, seeks candidates for a Counter-Countermeasure and Threat Discrimination Analyst to support the Missile Defense Agency. This position is based in Huntsville, AL.

Job Responsibilities/Duties:



  • Work with an integration of a multi-discipline, multi-source, industry team.
  • Provide analysis, management, and general technical and scientific support for services and products to the MDA Counter-Countermeasures and Discrimination Directorate.
  • Develop and formulate options for improving the Missile Defense System's discrimination and electronic protection capabilities.
  • Other duties as assigned.



Required Experience:



  • MS/MA degree with 12+ years experience or a BS/BA with 20+ years of experience is acceptable.
  • Experience in developing and reviewing engineering requirements and CONOPS.
  • Experience in conducing multi-discipline and multi-functional technical analysis as well as development of trade studies, risk analysis, and mitigation efforts.
  • Knowledge of missile defense fundamentals.
  • Experience in technical system performance assessments, contingencies, and implementation planning.
  • Must be a US Citizen and have and active DoD Secret Security Clearance.
  • Must be able to travel up to 25% of the time.



Preferred Qualifications:



  • Active TS clearance with SCI access.
