Overview

We are seeking a Radiologic Technologist I, internally referred to as our Radiology Tech I. The Rad Tech I will be conducting diagnostic X-ray procedures. This involves operating X-ray equipment to capture images of patients' internal structures for diagnostic purposes. An important role in assisting healthcare providers by producing high-quality images that aid in diagnosing medical conditions and formulating treatment plans for our patients.

Shift Available: Nights -

Employment Type: Full-Time

Hours: 12-hour shifts - 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 am

Location: Knapp Medical Center

Sign on Bonus: Up to $10,000.00

Responsibilities

Radiology Tech I performs Diagnostic Radiographic Procedures according to department protocols, HFAP/TJC/local regulatory/CMS, State and Federal Regulations. Radiology Tech I functions as the first line interface with customers and is successful in the accomplishment of their imaging needs. Participates in PI/QC activities. Responsible for processing and transmission of images to PACS.

Qualifications

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING
1. Licensure as required by State.
2. ARRT-R is required from an accredited program.
3. Current BCLS (AHA) is required.
4. Graduate of an accredited program.
5. Must be familiar with State and Federal regulations.
6. At least one year of experience as a Radiology Technologist preferred.
7. Proficient computer skills.
