Overview Are you detail-oriented, data-savvy, and passionate about supporting quality healthcare delivery? Join our dedicated Pharmacy Services team as Pharmacy Services Technician. In this vital role, you'll be the operational backbone assisting pharmacists and leadership in improving patient outcomes, maintaining compliance, and ensuring smooth pharmacy benefit operations. This position is mostly remote. Review daily pharmacy claims files, flag data issues, and initiate operational resolutions. Monitor PBM reports under pharmacist supervision-flagging and escalating clinical needs appropriately. Maintain and update spreadsheets related to prescription data and pharmacy operations. Conduct member outreach using standardized scripts to assist with prescription processing, ID card issues, and copayment concerns. Contact retail pharmacies to resolve prescription and coverage issues. Assist with prescriber outreach, helping initiate prior authorization requests. Participate in auditing and monitoring efforts, as well as special projects as assigned. Qualifications Licenses and Certifications: NYS Pharmacy Technician Certificate required Education: High School Diploma or the equivalent required Work Experience: At least one year of pharmacy experience required Managed Care Experience preferred Bi-lingual (Spanish) preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required Pay Range USD $20.98 - USD $26.23 /Hr.
