Job Description

General Summary: Under general supervision of the Member Business Services Manager, but in compliance with the Credit Union policies and procedures, assists in the daily activities involved in the operation of the Member Business Services Department. The successful candidate develops and maintains relationships with Member Business ("MB") account holders. Major Duties and Responsibilities:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Experience: One-year experience in a financial institution opening new accounts required. Skills: Efficient, attention to detail, and results driven. Basic math skills required. Experience with basic PC applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook. Knowledge of financial products, policies, and procedures. Communication: Excellent oral and written communication skills required. Possess excellent conversational, active listening and interpersonal skills to build member relationships. Deals effectively with members and all levels of staff. Comfortable engaging with people from a wide variety of cultures and economic backgrounds.
