Salary: $87,000 per year Seaward Services is seeking an Operations Coordinator for our Hornblower Wind CTV operations in MA and VA. Candidate will need to reside on the East Coast, must be geographically adjacent to vessels and operations in this region. The position is remote with some travel. About You: This person will be adaptable, dynamic, and embody Hornblower's RESPECT Service System. About the Opportunity: The Operations Coordinator is responsible for overseeing all aspects of crew management, including scheduling, travel logistics, payroll oversight, recruitment support, and employee relations, while ensuring operational efficiency and compliance with company and client standards. This role serves as a key liaison between crew members, internal departments, and external stakeholders to support smooth maritime operations in the Hornblower Wind CTV division of Seaward Services. Candidate will need to reside on the East Coast, must be geographically adjacent to vessels and operations in this region. The position is remote with some travel.
