Program Analyst, Lead

Here, you'll have the chance to lead an agile team as they develop digital products to solve your clients' most pressing missions. We're looking for someone like you to propel business analytics and processes forward, as well as delve into technology trends to deliver user-friendly client experiences.

As an IT business analyst, you'll oversee leading-edge systems. Guiding your team of technologists and leading aviation technology experts, you'll identify clients' business needs, gather user requirements, and develop user stories. You'll understand the overall direction and nuanced user needs clearly, and you'll lead your team as they fulfill these needs by creating deployable features. Together, you'll deliver high business value products to our nation's aviation technology leaders.

You Have:

  • 15+ years of experience conducting research, evaluations, analyses, and studies and presenting recommendations or solutions related to short- and long-term program planning requirements

  • Experience conducting system analysis and design activities, requirements analysis, evaluation of interfaces, system-level design, network engineering, and interfacing with users on functional requirements

  • Experience assessing and reporting on system performance measurements, determining impacts, performing testing, and reviewing test materials

  • Experience with configuration and risk management

  • Experience with Agile

  • Knowledge of DevSecOps and cybersecurity policies and best practices

  • Ability to facilitate meetings with variety of stakeholders from different groups and backgrounds

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a Physical Science field

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience with communications systems

  • PMP or Agile Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
