Compensation:

• Starting Pay: $20.18/hour
• Shift Differentials for 2nd and 3rd shifts

Available Shifts:

• 1st Shift: 4:00 AM - 12:00 PM
• 2nd Shift: 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM
• 3rd Shift: 8:00 PM - 4:00 AM

What You'll Do

As a Production Operator, you will support production goals while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Identifying and handling basic springs and components
• Completing production reports accurately and legibly
• Labeling and identifying crates and packaging materials correctly
• Following quality assurance procedures and documentation (QAM)
• Supporting other production activities and team members as needed
• Adhering to all company safety, quality, and operational policies

What You Bring

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Minimum 2 years of manufacturing experience or equivalent training
• Familiarity with general plant practices and floor procedures
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to safety and attention to detail
• Ability to learn quickly and apply new processes effectively
• Stand, walk, kneel, crouch, and use hands regularly
• Occasionally lift or move up to 25 lbs
• Use visual focus and depth perception
• Communicate clearly with coworkers and supervisors
• Maintain focus in a fast-paced environment
