As our Project Delivery Manager, you will turn ambitious concepts into operational reality. You will lead multiple high-impact engineering and plant-based programs from vision to launch, ensuring they exceed expectations in performance, timing, and value.

You will be the connecting force between plant operations, engineering, leadership, and customers. You will align stakeholders, manage multimillion-dollar budgets, and place the right talent in the right roles. With a solutions-first mindset, you will navigate complex challenges, drive process improvements, and keep teams focused on strategic objectives.

What You Will Bring

  • Requires one of the following:
    • Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in engineering, business, or a related technical field of study and six (6) years of related experience, OR
    • Associate's degree and twelve (12) years of related experience
  • Five (5) years of supervisory experience and/or demonstrated technical leadership experience
  • Successfully managed and completed a large, complex engineering project
  • Excellent leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills with the ability to inspire and develop team members
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with teams, stakeholders, and senior leadership
  • Ability to use and train on use of project management methodologies and software
  • Ability to successfully prioritize, and manage large, complex projects, deadlines, tasks, and teams
  • Ability to understand and apply financial analysis
  • Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of products
  • Experience using Microsoft Office, including the ability to create reports, documents, presentations and spreadsheets in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills necessary in order to persuade and influence decision making of individuals, groups, or work teams, and to explain difficult issues
