Together. Every day. CHA Consulting, Inc. is currently seeking a Client Project Manager to join our Power & Manufacturing- Advanced Energy & Manufacturing Team at a client site in Bessemer City, NC. From planning to design, to improving operations and creating cost efficiency, we help manufacturers do more and optimize their manufacturing facilities. At CHA, the Client Project Manager is a key partner to our clients, working directly at their sites to support the successful planning and delivery of critical projects. This role focuses on building strong, collaborative relationships with client teams to understand their priorities, develop project scopes, and ensure alignment with business objectives. Serving as the primary liaison between the client and the engineering team, the Client Project Manager helps streamline communication, clarify expectations, and deliver practical solutions to complex challenges. In this position, the Client Project Manager supports all phases of the project lifecycle, from early scope development and budgeting through procurement, construction oversight, and project closeout. They provide oversight to ensure that construction activities meet design intent, quality standards, schedule milestones, and budget goals. By staying engaged with the client and project partners, they help resolve technical, logistical, and financial issues efficiently and maintain a steady focus on project success. The Client Project Manager also manages contracts, subcontractors, purchase orders, and all related documentation while monitoring project financials and approving payments as needed. They work closely with client leadership to provide clear and timely updates, anticipate needs, and support decision-making throughout the process. In addition, this role involves collaborating with client health and safety teams to develop and monitor project-specific safety plans and verifying that QA/QC standards are met in accordance with the Quality Management Plan. By fostering trust, understanding client challenges, and delivering innovative solutions, the Client Project Manager strengthens existing relationships and helps uncover new opportunities to support the client's long-term success. Bachelor's Degree in Chemical, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering or a related degree is required
SALARY RANGE: $116,000 - $145,000 Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.
