We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for our guests and staff alike, managing a range of hospitality functions that enhance our brand identity and service excellence.

Your primary responsibility will be supporting the hotel's sales and marketing efforts by assisting the sales team in various administrative and operational tasks. Your role will involve coordinating sales activities, managing client communications, and ensuring the smooth execution of sales-related processes.

Essential Job Functions:

Customer Interaction: Engage with customers to provide exceptional service, answer queries, and ensure satisfaction.



  • Answer phones and leads quickly. Will require fast, accurate, and luxury level customer responses.
  • Contact customers, set appointments, follow-up, support DOSM, general office duties.
  • Professional writing is required.


Task Execution: Carry out assigned tasks efficiently and effectively, adhering to company policies and procedures.



  • Build proposals, block space, create contracts.
  • Assist/create customer collateral, presentations.
  • Cvent response.
  • Maintain sales reporting.


Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve specific goals and objectives, foster a supportive team culture.



  • Assist with coordinating general site tours of hotel and show rooms.
  • Coordinate with other departments to support team and client needs.
  • Communicate effectively and follow up on tasks to ensure they are complete.


Operational Support: Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies



  • Familiarity with hospitality management software (e.g., Cvent, Marriott CI trained to block space and rooms).
  • Proficient in data management and reporting tools to analyze guest satisfaction metrics
  • Basic knowledge of budgeting and financial planning in a hospitality context


Required Skills/Abilities:



  • This position requires proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
  • Prefer previous LightSpeed and CI/TY experience.
  • Previous customer service experience required.
  • Minimum 1 year of hotel experience or hospitality degree preferred.
