Overview:

A Team Coordinator supervises professionals in a working group. Responsibilities typically include: * Ability to coordinate and manage projects and other team activities. * Able to work with managers and directors to resolve conflict and issues as they arise. * Able to assign tasks and prioritize work for members of the team. * Carries out assignments provided by managers and directors. * Problems faced are of minor to moderately complex. * Influences others outside of own job area regarding policies, practices and procedures.

• Bachelor's Degree required (or)

• Bachelor's Degree +5 years relevant experience may be accepted in lieu of degree

• No specific certification or licensure requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience working with enrollment systems and EDI 834 files

• Proven ability to lead and mentor team members

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Experience in technical writing and documentation

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Prior experience in a supervisory or team lead role within IT preferred
