This role involves interpreting client requirements, often from initial statements of objectives through strategic planning, development, and execution. The IPT Lead coordinates internal functional teams, including administration, logistics, operations, aviation, and medical sections, ensuring seamless integration to meet and exceed client expectations and contractual obligations. Role and ResponsibilitiesThis role strategically collaborates with internal sections and external stakeholders to accurately interpret client objectives and develop detailed operational plans. This position includes managing internal resources, coordinating external vendors and subject matter experts, and ensuring compliance with government contracting standards and security regulations. Frequent travel (approximately 35%) is necessary to effectively oversee onsite implementation and maintain rigorous quality standards. Other significant areas of focus include:
