Technical Reviewer Your tasks
Position Summary: Perform technical review of audit packages for accredited and unaccredited standards we offer in accordance with accreditation body and TUV SUD rules and procedures. Support accredited management systems. Responsibilities: Perform technical reviews and make certification decisions on submitted audit package for various standards. Support the management system by participating in the management system's activities including internal audits, document control, corrective actions, and certification body activities. The anticipated annual base pay range for this full-time position is $40,000-$80,000. Actual base pay will be determined based on various factors, including years of relevant experience, training, qualifications, and internal equity. The compensation package may also include an annual bonus target, subject to eligibility and other requirements. Education and Experience: 12 years successful completion of education (example: High School Diploma) Successful completion of standard specific lead auditor training or equivalent Minimum of 1 year of general work experience with a certification company Knowledge of auditing process, knowledge of standard and standard requirements or Appointed technical reviewer from another certification company Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: ISO/IEC 17021-1:2015 Knowledge of audit principles, practices and techniques Knowledge of specific management system standards/normative documents Knowledge of certification body's processes Knowledge of client's business sector ISO/IEC 17021-1:2015 9.2.1.2 b) determination of the ability of the management system to ensure the client meets applicable statutory, regulatory and contractual requirements - note states A management system certification audit is not a legal compliance audit. ISO/IEC 17021-2:2016 Knowledge of environmental terminology Knowledge of environmental aspects and impacts Knowledge of environmental performance evaluation Knowledge of compliance obligations sufficient to make a decsion on the basis of a certification audit report Knowledge to determine that the scope of certification is appropriate ISO/IEC 17021-3:2017 Knowledge of fundamental concepts and quality management principles Knowledge of terms and definitions related to quality management Knowledge of the process approach Knowledge of the application of risk based thinking including the determination of risks and opportunities Knowledge of scopes and their applicability to an organizations QMS Knowledge of context of the organization Knowledge of the clients products, services, processes and organization. ISO/IEC 17021-10:2018 Knowledge of OH&S terminology, principles, processes and concepts Sufficient knowledge of potential issues relevant to the context of the organization and potential other interested parties to determine if the audit team has appropriately confirmed the socpe, including boundaries and applicability of its OH&S management system within the organziations context and is work related activities. Knowledge of the role and impact of leadership, culture, consultation and participation of workers, and when they exist workers' representatives. Be aware of legal requirements and other requirements in the field of health and safety work ISO/IEC 17021-10:2018-3 6.4 states that Personnel reviewing audit reports and making certification decisions shall be aware of legal requirements and other requirements in the field of health and safety at work. Knowledge of concepts for OH&S risks, OH&S opportunities and other risks and other opportunities Knowledge of Hazard Identification methods of identifying them, including relevant to the OH&S technical area and knowledge of the hazard categories (physical, chemical, biological, physiological, mechanical, electrical, psychosocial, based on movement and energy) Knowledge of types of methodologies and criteria for assessment of OH&S risks and opportunities Knowledge of emergency preparedness and response Knowledge of performance evaluation methods Knowledge of eliminating hazards and reducing OH&S risks concept of the hierarchy of control Knowledge of incident investigation methods Additional Information
