Position: CNA, Certified Nurse Assistant Location: High Pointe House Hours: Per diem High Pointe House is located on 39 beautiful, wooded acres in Haverhill, MA, High Pointe House provides a comfortable, welcoming home-like alternative for patients in need of specialized end-of-life care. With twenty-one private suites, our goal is to ensure the Hospice House is available to patients and families when time is most precious. One of only two inpatient hospice facilities in Massachusetts licensed to care for children as well as adults, High Pointe House address's these complex medical needs with compassion and dignity. It is a place for patients and families to spend their last days together in peace, comfort and security. A Hospice Aide is a trained paraprofessional who provides personal care and other incidental care to patients as instructed by and under the supervision of the professional clinician. Hospice Aides provide care to patients in a variety of settings, including patients under home health and hospice plans of care, residing in private homes, assisted livings, skilled nursing facilities and hospice inpatient facilities. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work & Travel This is a per diem position. Days and hours of work are based on operational needs with some flexibility based on position. Hours are not guaranteed and may fluctuate with the patient census. Qualifications
