Position Title: Assembly Worker
Wage: $16.00 per hour Shift: 1st Hours: 7:00am-3:30pm (Mon-Fri) We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and dependable Assembly Worker to join a great team. In our small company, every team member plays a critical role-when one person is out, it affects the whole operation. This position involves accurately counting and tracking parts, identifying part numbers, and assembling a variety of projects such as parts kits, displays, and other components. The ideal candidate will be dependable, adaptable, and able to handle physically demanding tasks. Assembly Worker Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Accurately count and maintain records of parts while fulfilling orders. - Identify and work with various part numbers. - Assemble parts kits, displays, and other projects according to specifications. - Follow detailed instructions to ensure quality and accuracy in assembly. - Work on different assembly projects as production needs change. - Lift and move materials weighing 50+ lbs. on a regular basis. - Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Assembly Worker Requirements: - Strong reliability-must be punctual and dependable due to the impact on the whole operation. - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in counting and recordkeeping. - Ability to recognize and work with multiple part numbers. - Physically able to lift 50+ lbs. regularly. - Willingness to be flexible and work on various assembly tasks as needed. - Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. - Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred but not required. quincy@qpsemployment.com IND118 About us: QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
