**Successful hires for the Fireline Operator Lead III position will receive a $1,000 sign on bonus after 90 days of employment!**

Job Summary: Responsible for assembling and shipping all Fireline Products according to ISO procedures and 3 party audit specifications.

Primary Duties:



  • Assemble all products in the product line efficiently with high quality
  • Accurately pick and pack Fireline using the bar code system
  • Ability to ship orders using the manifest, freight and UPS Systems
  • Receiving and Material handling of product
  • Maintain accurate bar code locations and inventory counts
  • Analyze inventory, BOM's and Scrap quantities and levels
  • Maintain knowledge of ERP system and uses
  • Assist in training of employees
  • All other assigned duties


Key Responsibilities:

Ability to demonstrate the following:



  • Maintain and promote a safe working environment.
  • Maintain 6S and assist in organizing the warehouse.
  • Maintain a Professional and Positive Attitude.
  • Work as back-up to the Supervisor in their absence
  • Accurately produce product according to 3 party audit specifications
  • Maintain, promote, prep Team and carry out all necessary tasks to successfully pass all audits.
  • Communicate effectively to all other Jointmaster areas
  • In line with and promotes Inpro's culture to all personnel
  • Follow company policies and procedures


Job Relationship:



  • Reports directly to the Jointmaster Supervisor
  • Works closely with all other Jointmaster areas
  • Communicate effectively and works well with all supporting departments such as but not limited to Traffic, Inventory, Purchasing, Product Management and QA Departments


Job Specifications:



  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Certified to drive all lift trucks.
  • Complete Inpro's eBook Program via LMS
  • Participant of one yearly committee


Authority:



  • Authority to stop production for non-conforming safety or quality compliance.
  • Authority to enforce company policies and procedures
  • Perform Conflict resolution with employees
  • Communicate clear expectations verbally to personnel
  • Involvement in One on One's
  • Directly involved with Talent Management testing and scoring


Hours: 1st shift; Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3:00pm
