Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-driven and collaborative Quality Compliance Specialist to support our aerospace manufacturing operations by reviewing, verifying, and validating completed production documentation. This role ensures that all records meet rigorous industry standards-including AS9100, FAA, and customer-specific requirements-before archival. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, precision-focused environment and partners effectively across teams to resolve issues swiftly and compliantly.

Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct final review of completed manufacturing documentation (e.g., work orders, inspection records) for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with aerospace quality standards
  • Validate signatures, entries, dates, and part traceability across batch records
  • Work proactively with production, engineering, quality assurance, and document control teams to resolve discrepancies before records are archived
  • Ensure documentation meets AS9100 and FAA compliance standards, as well as internal procedures and customer contract requirements
  • Support quality audits, customer inspections, and regulatory reviews by retrieving and explaining documentation
  • Log, track, and report recurring issues and recommend process improvements
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of procedures related to document handling, retention, and compliance

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required;
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing quality, document compliance, or equivalent
  • Understanding of AS9100, ISO, and FAA compliance frameworks, or other relevant regulatory requirements
  • Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate effectively across all levels
  • Skilled with Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be U.S. Person in compliance with U.S. ITAR regulations



Preferred Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in Quality Assurance, or field related to Document Control
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Responsive, collaborative, and deadline-driven
  • Commitment to continuous learning and process excellence

Compensation Data

Compensation Range: $63,289.00 - $79,112.00
