Overview

Team Pyramid is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a critical project to enhance the recruitment technology platform for a new customer. This project involves creating a new recruitment module within our customer's existing Salesforce platform that is focused on the full recruitment life cycle for professional staff. These enhancements will automate a process that is currently a manual, email- and SharePoint-based hiring process.

The ideal candidate will have a deep background in managing complex IT projects, especially those involving Salesforce CRM enhancements, and will be comfortable navigating the unique security and compliance requirements of a federal agency. Understanding of the ATO process and how to minimize impact to current ATOs is a critical skillset that this leader will need to have.

This is a hands-on role that requires a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering a high-quality, user-friendly solution for our customer's hiring managers, recruiters, and applicants.

Responsibilities

Project Leadership: Lead the full project lifecycle, from planning and design to development, testing, implementation, and training. Ensure all project milestones and deliverables are met on time and within scope.
  • Salesforce Technical Oversight: Provide expert guidance and oversight for the Salesforce CRM enhancement. Ensure the new ProStaff module integrates seamlessly with the existing ATS and maintains all current capabilities. This includes managing the configuration of role-based access levels, customizing workflows, and ensuring Section 508 compliance. You will also be responsible for managing the full range of Salesforce licenses and capabilities outlined in the PWS.
  • Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders, including customer leadership, the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), and internal technical teams. Facilitate regular kickoff meetings, status updates, and best practice sessions.
  • Security and Compliance: Work closely with the customer's Information Assurance (IA) Team to ensure all enhancements adhere to required security controls and overlays. Support system authorization through the Risk Management Framework (RMF) process, including the development of supporting documentation and coordination with validators.
  • Deliverable Management: Oversee the creation of all key project deliverables, including the development plan, data mapping diagram, training materials, and monthly status reports.
  • Training and Support: Coordinate the development of a training site for customer personnel and create end-user training guides. Establish and manage a help desk for issue reporting and resolution during core business hours.
  • Risk Management: Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks and issues related to the project scope, timeline, and budget to keep the project on track.

Qualifications

  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on enterprise-level software implementation and enhancement projects.
    • Demonstrated, hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM software, including a deep understanding of its capabilities in Service Cloud, CRM Analytics, and Government Cloud Plus.
    • Proven track record of successfully managing Salesforce-based projects, from initial design through to deployment and maintenance.
  • Preferred Experience:
    • Previous experience working on projects for a federal government agency, with knowledge of DoD and Navy security directives and procedures (e.g., ATO, RMF, eMASS).
  • Skills:
    • Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to manage a remote team and coordinate efforts across multiple departments.
    • Proficient in project management methodologies and tools.
    • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
    • Knowledge of information assurance and cybersecurity best practices within a government context.
  • Clearance/Security:
    • Must be a U.S. Citizen.
    • Ability to obtain and maintain a Common Access Card (CAC).
