GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB

Describe the primary purpose or scope of the job. What must be accomplished and why is it performed.

This position is responsible for the operational oversight of revenue cycle teams and related activities. Drives operational results, builds high performing teams, and generates strategic insights that improve revenue cycle outcomes. Manages large projects with multiple participants and stakeholders and creates high level of collaboration across revenue cycle lanes. Tailors communications to audience and delivers persuasive recommendations to senior audiences. Overall focus is on supporting Revenue Operations in its mission to Enable the Village to Give Life. This position reports to a Director, Revenue Operations and may lead direct reports.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Fluent in the written and verbal skills necessary to successfully perform the essential functions, duties, and responsibilities of the position.

Level III - Moderate noise (e.g., business office with computers or printers, light traffic). No required tasks involve greater exposure to blood, body fluids or tissues than would be encountered by a visitor. The normal work routine involves no exposure to blood, body fluids or other hazardous conditions.

PHYSICAL DEMAND

The Salary Range for the role is $78,000.00-$131,000.00 per year.
