What must be accomplished and why is it performed. This position is responsible for the operational oversight of revenue cycle teams and related activities. Drives operational results, builds high performing teams, and generates strategic insights that improve revenue cycle outcomes. Manages large projects with multiple participants and stakeholders and creates high level of collaboration across revenue cycle lanes. Tailors communications to audience and delivers persuasive recommendations to senior audiences. Overall focus is on supporting Revenue Operations in its mission to Enable the Village to Give Life. This position reports to a Director, Revenue Operations and may lead direct reports. 10% 4.Other duties as assigned. 10% Total Allocation of Time 100% EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Select the level of experience and education typically required to accomplish this job. 0 to 2 years High School Diploma 2 to 4 years Vocational/Technical School Certificate Degree EXPERIENCE 4 to 6 years EDUCATION Associate's Degree or Apprenticeship 6 to 8 years Bachelor's Degree 8 to 10 years Master's Degree 10+ years Doctoral Degree SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, TRAINING, OR QUALIFICATIONS Describe any specific or preferred education and experience criteria (i.e. Bachelor's Degree preferred or Management experience required) Bachelor's Degree in related field Required Preferred Intermediate proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications Required Preferred Strong knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle Required Preferred CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, AND REGISTRATIONS List applicable certificates, licenses, and registrations required or preferred for this position N/A Required Preferred TRAVEL AND TIME REQUIREMENTS List the amount of travel required for this role and frequency of nights and weekends required to work. Travel: 5-20% Nights/Weekends: As needed to meet operational objectives LANGUAGE SKILLS WORK ENVIRONMENT Fluent in the written and verbal skills necessary to successfully perform the essential functions, duties, and responsibilities of the position. Level III - Moderate noise (e.g., business office with computers or printers, light traffic). No required tasks involve greater exposure to blood, body fluids or tissues than would be encountered by a visitor.
