What this job involves:

As a Project Manager at JLL, you will hold a critical position within our Regional Project Team, directly responsible for leading and delivering challenging projects for financial services clients. You'll utilize your expertise to oversee corporate interior projects ranging from $500K to $10MM+, managing all aspects from initial programming through closeout. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and project management proficiency to ensure successful delivery while maintaining excellent client relationships and upholding JLL's reputation for exceptional service.

What your day-to-day will look like:
  • Manage all project aspects including strategy, programming, design, scheduling, bidding, procurement, permitting, execution and close out
  • Act as primary client contact throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring they remain fully informed of all project issues
  • Develop high-level estimates, schedules, and detailed budgets as part of the overall strategy and funding request process
  • Prepare project updates, identifying risks early while providing solutions to meet client-driven schedules and budgets
  • Facilitate critical project meetings and coordination with stakeholders, ensuring responsibilities are clearly communicated
  • Prepare RFPs for design and contractor services while managing the vendor selection process
  • Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure projects meet quality standards and client expectations
Required Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of experience in project management, preferably in Corporate Interiors
  • Experience managing multiple diverse Corporate Interiors projects, varying from $50K to $10MM+ in size
  • Firm knowledge of construction, architecture, or commercial real estate industry
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from inception to completion
  • Strong leadership and communication skills for effective cross-functional collaboration
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities to manage 4-8 projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency with MS Project and Project Management Software
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field: Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, etc.
  • Experience in managing complex high-end/high-touch Corporate Interior projects
  • Experience with construction plan analysis and identifying potential concerns/costs
  • Experience developing innovative project management strategies and methodologies
  • Strong critical thinking skills for decision-making in fast-paced environments
  • Advanced budgeting and financial management capabilities
