JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS Hazleton Residence Life Office is looking for a dynamic and energetic individual to join the team. The Residence Life Office is committed to the development of a safe and inclusive living-learning community that fosters academic, social, cultural, and personal growth. The Hazleton campus seeks a part-time Administrative Support Assistant to perform general office work for the office supporting Student Services and Residence Life. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Experience with a financial or business information mainframe (SIMBA) and Microsoft Office including Word and Excel are preferred. Must possess the ability to maintain confidentiality and to work in a team-oriented environment. Up to 24 hours a week, 10 months of the year with the months of June and July off. There is the possibility of working during fall, winter and spring student breaks. Review of resumes and cover letters will begin immediately.
