Job Description

As the Sourcing Project Manager, reporting to the Manager, Sourcing Project Management, you will lead and support strategic initiatives across Productivity, Supply Chain Development, and Enterprise-wide programs. This role is pivotal in driving supplier transitions, localization efforts, sourcing reviews, and risk mitigation strategies that enhance operational performance and reduce total cost of ownership (TCO). You'll collaborate across global teams and suppliers to deliver high-impact outcomes in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.

This is a hybrid role based out of Milwaukee, WI or Mayfield Heights, OH.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Lead Strategic Projects: Manage complex cross-functional sourcing and supply chain initiatives aligned with business goals.
  • Drive Execution: Develop integrated project plans, set milestones, and ensure timely delivery of objectives.
  • Optimize Supply Chain Performance: Align sourcing strategies with global manufacturing and commodity goals.
  • Manage Supplier Transitions: Oversee product transfers between facilities and suppliers, ensuring continuity and quality.
  • Mitigate Risk: Identify potential supply risks and implement proactive solutions to safeguard operations.
  • Deliver Productivity Gains: Champion cost reduction and efficiency improvements through data-driven sourcing strategies.
  • Build Relationships: Foster strong partnerships across internal teams and external suppliers to drive collaboration and accountability.
  • Influence & Lead: Navigate ambiguity, resolve conflicts, and influence stakeholders to achieve project success.
  • Champion Continuous Improvement: Lead initiatives to eliminate waste, reduce variation, and enhance supply chain processes.
  • Communicate Effectively: Deliver clear, concise updates and presentations to stakeholders at all levels.
The Essentials - You Will Have:
  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Years of Relevant Work Experience
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.
  • The ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
The Preferred - You Might Also Have:
  • 5+ years experience in supply chain, manufacturing engineering, project management, or operations
  • Experience managing cross-functional, global projects
  • Experience with SAP and understanding of MRP, procurement, and logistics
  • PMP, CPIM, CPSM certification
  • Lean/Six Sigma certification
