This is your opportunity to support and optimize our enterprise-wide Contingent Workforce Program (CWP) by ensuring efficient operations, excellent customer service, and top-notch accuracy. You'll serve as a trusted point of contact for internal teams and vendor partners, helping deliver a seamless experience for our non-employee workforce. What You'll do: Be the face of the program: Manage the Contingent Workforce shared inbox and respond to phone, email, and chat inquiries with professionalism, clarity, and care. Support our tools: Provide first and second-level technical support for our Vendor Management System (VNDLY) and Human Capital Management system (Workday). Problem-solve with empathy: Research and resolve complex issues, collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to provide timely resolutions. Ensure operational excellence: Maintain current documentation, identify and implement process improvements, and take ownership of key workflows and procedures. Stay audit-ready: Perform recurring audits and generate compliance reports to ensure program accuracy and consistency. Drive a great experience: Lead vendor onboarding, orientation coordination, and support calls to ensure seamless integration of contingent workers. Handle transactions with precision: Execute HR administrative tasks in VNDLY and Workday, especially around pre-boarding and onboarding processes. What We're Looking For: Required Qualifications A strong customer service orientation and genuine desire to help others. Impeccable attention to detail, accuracy, and organization. Strong analytical and critical-thinking abilities. Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities under tight deadlines. High degree of professionalism, integrity, and ability to handle confidential information. Independent, self-driven work ethic with flexibility to adapt to changing needs. Preferred Qualifications Experience in Contingent Workforce or Human Resources operations. Familiarity with VMS (Vendor Management Systems) and HCM platforms - especially VNDLY and Workday. Comfort with documenting and maintaining processes for scalability and consistency.
