This is your opportunity to support and optimize our enterprise-wide Contingent Workforce Program (CWP) by ensuring efficient operations, excellent customer service, and top-notch accuracy. You'll serve as a trusted point of contact for internal teams and vendor partners, helping deliver a seamless experience for our non-employee workforce.

What You'll do:

  • Be the face of the program: Manage the Contingent Workforce shared inbox and respond to phone, email, and chat inquiries with professionalism, clarity, and care.
  • Support our tools: Provide first and second-level technical support for our Vendor Management System (VNDLY) and Human Capital Management system (Workday).
  • Problem-solve with empathy: Research and resolve complex issues, collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to provide timely resolutions.
  • Ensure operational excellence: Maintain current documentation, identify and implement process improvements, and take ownership of key workflows and procedures.
  • Stay audit-ready: Perform recurring audits and generate compliance reports to ensure program accuracy and consistency.
  • Drive a great experience: Lead vendor onboarding, orientation coordination, and support calls to ensure seamless integration of contingent workers.
  • Handle transactions with precision: Execute HR administrative tasks in VNDLY and Workday, especially around pre-boarding and onboarding processes.

  • Independent, self-driven work ethic with flexibility to adapt to changing needs.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Contingent Workforce or Human Resources operations.
  • Familiarity with VMS (Vendor Management Systems) and HCM platforms - especially VNDLY and Workday.
  • Comfort with documenting and maintaining processes for scalability and consistency.

The estimated base pay range for this job is:

$20.91 - $36.54

Pay may vary depending on job-related factors and individual experience, skills, knowledge, etc. More information on base pay and incentive pay (if applicable) can be discussed with a member of the Securian Financial Talent Acquisition team.
